I propose you to immortalize one of the most beautiful periods of your life by doing a photo shoot in one of the most beautiful places in France: the lavender fields on le plateau de Valensole.

Who has never wanted to be in the middle of a field of lavender, to enjoy their magnificent scent, to appreciate this dark purple color and these plants as far as the eye can see?

Alone, as a couple, in a group, for a holiday memory or for your pregnancy, all the reasons are good for doing a photo shoot in the middle of a lavender field.

When to do the photo shoot in the lavender fields?

There are two things to consider:

Flowering

Flowering occurs in spring and the flowers are developed to their maximum in early July.
The photo session must therefore be carried out between the end of June and the beginning of July.

But don’t wait too long because the harvest is around July 14 and once the lavender is harvested, the fields are obviously no longer as pretty as with the flowers.
So don’t miss the appointment!

Photo shoot time

To carry out the photo session in optimal conditions, I always advise to come either in the early morning or in the middle or even late afternoon.

Indeed, the sun is quite strong in the middle of the day, it is for this reason that to take the photos at the beginning or end of the day, it allows to have a softer light, less shadows and that you are the least dazzled by the sun.

What outfits to take?

The outfits depend on the atmosphere you want to recreate: funny, soft, intimate, modern, retro, … There is no constraint because these are your photos, they have to look like you.

You can also take 2 different outfits to vary the mood: jeans and a white shirt to start with, then more casual with a summer skirt, for example.

When to book the session?

You must contact me as soon as possible because I do photo / video reports throughout the year and throughout France (even beyond) so the sooner we set the date of the photo shoot the sooner you will be certain (e) to do the photo shoot of your dreams: in the middle of the lavender fields of le plateau de Valensole.
