Do you know Cross Training?

It is a sports practice that consists of linking bodybuilding and cardio exercises in a particularly short time. This makes it possible to make all parts of the body work and develop and to improve its heart rate.

I immediately understood that the video had to fit in with the atmosphere of these lessons and that the shots had to be linked together at a high rate, all accompanied by modern and rhythmic music.

I shot several different types of shots in order to vary the dynamics of the video and the editing helps to energize the atmosphere of the video. What do you think ?
